These terms govern use of Japan Video Manager, a desktop-based application for video preparation and publishing workflows. These terms describe permitted use and applicable limitations of the service.

1. Authorized accounts

Users must only connect accounts that they own or have permission to manage, and must follow TikTok’s terms, platform policies, and applicable laws.

2. User control

Users are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legality of submitted video content, images, captions, and metadata. Publishing features are subject to the permissions approved by TikTok and granted by the relevant account owner.

3. Service availability

Features may depend on local software, internet connectivity, TikTok API availability, authorization status, and platform usage restrictions. Availability of specific features is not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual property

Users retain their rights in materials they provide, subject to rights held by third parties. Users must have permission to use all uploaded materials.

5. Account security

Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and accounts and for reviewing any actions taken through the application.

6. Changes and termination

Features and these terms may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes. Access may be restricted where required by law or platform rules.
